DIGITIMES Upgrades Data Infrastructure to Streamline Supply Chain Insights

Taipei-based DIGITIMES is shifting its strategy from traditional content delivery to automated decision intelligence. The firm launched a redesigned research hub and a dedicated News Feed API, allowing enterprises to integrate over 20 years of supply chain reporting directly into internal software, dashboards, and artificial intelligence pipelines.

The redesigned hub consolidates research into four primary categories: semiconductor, server and HPC, physical AI, and personal computing. By simplifying the interface, DIGITIMES aims to assist executives and industry researchers in isolating critical market signals amid increasing global volatility. This overhaul is designed to replace manual information gathering with a more structured approach to tracking semiconductor capacity and geopolitical shifts.

The new News Feed API marks a significant departure from standard publishing models. It delivers full-text content in JSON format, enabling companies to filter intelligence by specific technologies or keyword watchlists. This data can be ingested by RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, and risk-monitoring systems. According to General Manager Ethan Su, the goal is to make historical reporting directly usable for real-time business decision-making rather than requiring teams to scan individual articles manually. Potential users can access a two-week evaluation trial to test the API's integration with their existing workflows.
