Joining the executive team are Tim Jaques of the United States and Italy’s Giovanni Pisano, both elected as Vice Presidents, alongside Mladen Vukomanović, who assumes the role of Chair of the Council of Delegates. The leadership shift marks the start of a new phase for the organization, which coordinates over 70 national member associations ranging from Germany and China to Australia and Japan.

Obradović, a faculty member at the University of Belgrade, plans to pivot the association toward deepening its footprint in the private sector while refining how governments execute major infrastructure projects. He identified sustainability and the integration of artificial intelligence as the primary drivers for the profession’s evolution. By leveraging the collective expertise of its global network, the association aims to standardize project, programme, and portfolio management practices to meet modern operational demands.
