Technology advisor Net at Work has acquired Cloud 9 ERP Solutions, an Acumatica Gold Certified partner, to bolster its footprint in the enterprise resource planning sector. The deal integrates Cloud 9’s specialized team into Net at Work’s broader consulting framework, aiming to accelerate digital transformation for small and mid-sized business clients.
The merger grants Cloud 9’s existing client base immediate access to Net at Work’s extensive resource pool, covering cybersecurity, human capital management, and strategic AI integration. By absorbing the firm, Net at Work deepens its national Acumatica expertise, a move co-CEO Alexander Solomon characterized as a strategic effort to leverage shared innovation for faster client growth.
Cloud 9 CEO Gregg Mercede will remain involved during the transition to ensure continuity for ongoing projects. Employees from Cloud 9 are transitioning to the Net at Work organization, where they gain access to broader development opportunities within a larger corporate structure.
