Gaudio, a 20-year veteran of the technology sector, previously served as the firm’s Chief Solutions Officer. In that capacity, he spearheaded the "One Tusker" initiative, a strategic framework designed to unify the operations of several regional companies acquired under Zafirovski’s leadership. The company, formerly known as ACP CreativIT, has expanded rapidly since its acquisition by The Zaf Group in 2017, integrating businesses ranging from Green Bay’s Camera Corner Connecting Point to the recent addition of Cleveland-based cybersecurity firm Fortress SRM.

With a team exceeding 450 employees, including 250 technical specialists, the company now operates from hubs in cities including Chicago, Boston, Duluth, and Eau Claire. Gaudio’s mandate focuses on balancing organic growth with further acquisitions, aiming to push the organization toward a $1 billion annual valuation. Mike Zafirovski, the firm's Executive Chairman, noted that Gaudio’s deep familiarity with the company’s internal culture and client base made him the clear choice to manage the next phase of the organization's development.
