Uni K Wax Appoints Christina Simeone to Lead Operations
Christina Simeone has joined the body-waxing franchise Uni K Wax as Vice President of Operations, tasked with scaling the brand’s national footprint. Her appointment comes as the company moves to standardize studio execution and support its growing network of nearly 40 active locations across seven states.
Simeone arrives with a decade of experience in the premium personal care sector, having previously served as Director of Operations at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa. In her new capacity, she will focus on franchisee development and refining the guest experience to maintain consistency as the brand expands. CEO Jarred Fajerski highlighted her track record in unit-level economics and franchise success as primary drivers for the move.
With 31 additional studios currently in development, the company is prioritizing independent studio conversions to accelerate its reach. Omar Simmons, Managing Partner of Exaltare Capital Management, emphasized that Simeone’s disciplined approach is essential for the brand’s next phase of growth. The franchise continues to market its proprietary, pine-based Elasti K Wax as a differentiator in the crowded wellness space.
