Canary Technologies Debuts AI Agent to Automate Hotel Group Sales

Hotel sales teams are losing revenue to a deluge of unvetted inquiries and the manual labor required to sort through them. San Francisco-based Canary Technologies is moving to solve this bottleneck with a new Agentic Sales Coordinator, an AI-driven tool designed to manage the entire booking lifecycle from initial contact to final confirmation.

The platform functions by capturing and qualifying leads the moment they arrive, filtering out low-value inquiries so staff can focus on high-probability opportunities. By automating the administrative burden of the sales pipeline, the software aims to eliminate the delayed responses that often result in lost bookings. This rollout integrates into Canary’s broader suite of hospitality tools, which already includes AI-powered voice, contract, and messaging services.

Harman Singh Narula, CEO and co-founder, notes that the solution is intended to reclaim the time lost to operational overhead, allowing teams to prioritize the relationship-building aspects of hospitality. The company plans to demonstrate the technology live at the HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference and HITEC 2026, held June 15–18 in San Antonio, Texas. Canary currently supports over 20,000 properties globally, including major chains like Marriott International and Four Seasons.
