The acquisition, executed through Affle MEA FZ LLC, integrates AdColony’s established publisher connections and mediation platform into Affle’s existing infrastructure. By absorbing these assets, the company aims to enhance its proprietary data distillation capabilities and expand the reach of its CPCU business model. Anuj Khanna Sohum, CEO of Affle, described the integration as a vital move in the company’s 10X growth strategy, intended to provide advertisers with deeper audience intelligence and improved return on investment.

For DT, the sale represents a narrowing of focus toward its core media and distribution channels, specifically its unified exchange platform, DTX. Bill Stone, CEO of DT, noted that the divestiture simplifies their technology stack while maintaining a collaborative relationship with Affle. Sameer Sondhi, CEO of North America at Affle, emphasized that the move secures a trusted global footprint, allowing the company to deliver more personalized recommendations across mobile and connected device ecosystems.
