The initiative addresses a fundamental shift in telecommunications: moving beyond simple infrastructure monitoring to systems that weigh network events against customer impact and revenue streams. By integrating agentic AI, digital twins, and Google’s Graph Neural Networks, the framework achieved over 90 percent end-to-end automation in testing environments. This capability allows operators to prioritize remediation efforts based on business criticality, significantly reducing the manual intervention typically required to manage complex 5G and cloud-native architectures.

Tech Mahindra acted as the primary systems integrator, leveraging TM Forum Open APIs to ensure interoperability across multi-vendor environments. Manish Mangal, President of Americas Communications Business at Tech Mahindra, noted that the industry faces a growing challenge in resolving service degradations across disparate network domains. The solution mitigates this by correlating performance metrics with commercial outcomes. Google Cloud contributed to the framework by providing planetary-scale graph database capabilities through Google Spanner Graph, supporting the transition toward Level 4 autonomous operations.
